INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY OPERATIONS (ISO)

WORKSHOP GOAL:

Workshop is a 5-day practical training program designed to help organizations strengthen the digital skills of their IT teams. The workshop focuses on improving how institutions manage and protect their systems’ infrastructure and networks an increasingly vital area as digital infrastructure becomes central to daily operations.

Participants will learn how to support secure and reliable IT environments, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risks associated with system failures or cyber threats. The sessions emphasize real-world practices to immediately applied within the participants' institutions to improve service delivery and information protection

The workshop is aimed at Network and System administrators/Officers, ICT Directors and any other who are interested in learning best practices for maintaining a secure and stable operating environment.
