WORKSHOP GOAL:

This 5-day intensive workshop on Network Monitoring and Security Management (NMSM) is designed to equip participants with both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills for implementing and managing secure, reliable, and efficient network infrastructures. The workshop will blend lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises, enabling participants to configure, monitor, and secure network environments using industry-standard tools and best practices. By the end of the program, attendees will be able to operate effectively within a Network Operations Center (NOC) and respond proactively to network and security incidents.

WORKSHOP EXPECTATION:

• Understand key concepts of network monitoring, management and security.

• Configure and secure network infrastructure using open-source and enterprise tools.

• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and vulnerability management practices.

• Design and operate a basic Network Operations Center (NOC)
